More than a transaction

Membership works when you can see yourself in it.

You can begin by reading, attending, or using a resource. You can also share one idea, help with a short project, mentor, teach, or lead. There is no single right level of participation.

NMVMA’s goal is to make the community useful and welcoming across career stages, practice types, and parts of the state.

Common questions

The details most people need before joining.

The membership year ends June 30. Renewing on time keeps your member record and access current.

Are dues prorated?

No. NMVMA dues are not prorated.

Do veterinary students pay dues?

No. Veterinary student membership is free.

What if I am not sure which category fits?

Email nmvma@nmvma.org before checkout. NMVMA will help you choose the appropriate category.

Does membership require volunteering?
